The Challis Public Library is constantly striving to create adult programming that is interactive, thought-provoking, creative, and educational. The library thrives off community involvement. - Lets Talk About It! “Living in the Modern Rural West” Let’s Talk About It (LTAI) brings adult reading discussion groups together with Idaho scholars and authors to explore American values, history, culture, aging, classics, and much more. Next Dates are February 8th and March 7th.

The Challis Public Library offers a wide selection of adult fiction and non-fiction books with new books pouring in monthly. Additionally, adults have full access to DVD films, reference materials, computer and free WIFI access. Adults may also enjoy access to hundreds of large print and medical books.
The library has no or low-cost business solutions-computers, laptops, tablets, scanner (all free for patrons to use), black and white printing (10 cents a page), color printing (25 cents a page) and fax (25 cents a page).
